Meaning Magic Machu Picchu 2025 is a life-shifting journey created to deepen your sense of meaning and reconnect you to the magic already within you. Over three months, you’ll experience a blend of personal growth, cultural immersion, and purposeful adventure — including a week-long hands-on volunteering project supporting a local Women’s Weaving Collective in Peru’s Sacred Valley.
You’ll also embark on a breathtaking one-day hike along the iconic Inca Trail, culminating in a visit to the extraordinary Machu Picchu — a powerful moment that invites reflection, gratitude, and awe.

The 3 month coaching program is planned to run from September through December 2025.
The in-country trip component runs from November 13 – 23, 2024 in Sacred Valley, Peru. Airport pick-up and drop from Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco, Peru .

Our application process allows us to intentionally curate the program with kind, giving people who are open to coaching and being of service so we can best deliver a safe, transformative experience.
We’ll be volunteering to help build a weaving centre for a Women’s Weaving Collective in the Sacred Valley and doing a one-day inkay trail hike to Machu Picchu.
Even if you aren’t looking for it, or feel you don’t you need it, we believe our educational and emotional framework allows our participants to get the most of our their experience, and most importantly to process the dynamic journey we take them on. It is also a key piece to the nurturing of the team dynamics and helps build life-long relationships. Participation in the overall coaching program is required though participants can dive in as deep or shallow as they would like. We have had similar past clients who were surprised by how much they ultimately benefited from and enjoyed the coaching component.
The one-day Inca Trail is not technically difficult and should be achievable to anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. The hike begins with around 200 meters uphill before the path winds around the side of the mountain. There is a total of 550m ascension and 250m descent over the day.
